11 a.m. Guided tour of the Arithmeum’s exhibition of historical calculating machines

3 p.m. Children’s art programme:

 

„Auguste Herbin – Alphabet Plastique“

 

together we will create own pieces of art, encoded like Herbin’s paintings

 

Charge: 6 EUR

 

For parents accompanying their children, a guided tour of the art exhibition free of charge will be offered.

7 p.m. Restaurateur of reckoning machines, Ullrich Wolff, is giving a guided tour, presenting historic reckoning machines form the Arithmeum’s collection

9 p.m. „Walk through a computer’s inner life“, this special guided tour should be interesting for all those who do not know what a computer looks like from the inside, what happens in there, and how a computer does its reckoning.

10:30 p.m. Guided tour of the art exhibiton „Auguste Herbin“ and of the Arithmeum’s exhibition of historic reckoning machines.
