In the new exhibition "De la couleur à l'infini", artist Nicholas Bodde playfully immerses visitors in his worlds of colour. These worlds of colour can be found in the form of horizontal stripes on rectangular or circular pictures. Nevertheless, his works cannot be described as strict. Rather, they are to be understood as a stimulus to immerse oneself in the colours.

His works seem like glimpses into a cheerful, optimistic world that is open to all of us as an option. The placement of his works will enter into a dialogue with the architecture of the building to form a total work of art and create an exhilarating atmosphere over the summer months. Not only is Nicholas Bodde himself unable and unwilling to imagine an end to his play of colours, he literally draws the viewer into this maelstrom.

The viewer is enticed to actively observe: What if this stripe were wider or narrower, if a violet colour replaced the yellow? The game starts so easily. Imaginary for the viewer, real for the artist, every day anew.
