What is the Arithmeum about and what is the meaning of its name? That is what we are going to explore. We are going to learn how the Romans and people in the Middle Ages did their math. We will also discuss the colourful columns the French artist Guy de Rougemont designed for the Arithmeum. At the end we will design our own miniature columns to take them home as a memory.
