What is the Arithmeum about and what does is the meaning of its name? This is what we are going to explore. We are going to learn how the Romans and people in the Middle Ages did their math. We are also going to discuss the colourful columns the French artist Guy de Rougemont designed for the Arithmeum. At the end we will design our own miniature columns to take them home as a memory.
